MaxLine Organization Structure MaxLine, Inc., is a family owned and operated material handling systems integration company. MaxLine was incorporated in 1982 as a Tennessee Corporation. There are three principles involved, which make up a skilled and experienced team. Principle Members James C. Maxted, BSME, 1981, Michigan State University, responsible for system concepting, system sales and project management. Gregory W. Maxted, PE, BSME, 1985, Michigan State University and 1990, MSME, Memphis State University, licensed Professional Engineer, responsible for layout, detail, design and computer engineering and on site project engineering and on site project management. Lynn M. Maxted, BA, 1974, Grand Valley State University. Responsible for administration, procurement and documentation and inside sales and project management support.
